Chris Collier is a veteran political strategist and the founder of Pacific Campaign Solutions. With over 15 years of experience in California politics, he has successfully led campaigns for pro-business candidates and ballot measures in some of the state’s toughest political landscapes. Chris specializes in data-driven strategies, sharp messaging, and targeted outreach to win high-stakes elections. In addition to Pacific Campaign Solutions, he also founded the Biz x Politics Network, providing public affairs, government relations, and polling expertise.
BRYAN PALMARO
With a track record of consulting on hundreds of political campaigns across the West, Bryan Palmaro brings strategic expertise and creative problem-solving to the forefront of every race. As Vice President of Pacific Campaign Solutions, he ensures that campaigns operate efficiently and effectively, managing day-to-day operations and overseeing key voter contact strategies, including direct mail, communications, digital advertising, and media buys.
Bryan is committed to running effective campaigns that help elect leaders who will make a positive impact in their communities. He believes in keeping campaigns focused on the issues that matter, rather than distractions.
When he's not shaping winning campaigns, Bryan enjoys going to the movies, reading, and tackling the New York Times crossword.
